Payment Policy

We require payment for all services in advance. (If for some reason you are unable to do so, please reach out to us so that we can assess the situation and agree on the terms.)

Pet Policy

We love pets of all kinds, but please put them in a contained area during your collection process in order to maintain specimen integrity, and prevent any disturbances.

Order Management

We do NOT keep any orders on file. Any loss of order is the patient’s responsibility to re-acquire.

Results Policy

We do NOT interpret, provide, or release ANY results. You will be contacted by, or need to contact, the provider who ordered the testing on your behalf.

Responsibility Policy

We are not responsible for any erroneous/improper results, we are just the collection conductors.

STAT Lab Collections

Although we are happy to perform STAT lab collections, we are not authorized to deem which samples are to be processed first. This is at the sole discretion of the lab.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a fee.

No Show Policy

Any 'no shows' (the technician arriving to the location and no one being present) will incur a fee, and an additional fee upon rebooking!
