Our story
In the year 2006, Dana Montilla, our Owner and Operator, embarked on her journey in the field of phlebotomy by joining a local hospital. It was during this time that Dana uncovered her passion for phlebotomy, refining her skills and cultivating a deep-seated commitment to patient care. Facing two critical brain surgeries in 2011 dramatically shifted her outlook on life and her career. Throughout her recovery, Dana came to understand that phlebotomy was more than a profession; it was a calling bestowed upon her by God. This profound realization strengthened her belief that every step in her journey was guided by a greater plan.
Returning to work with renewed vigor, Dana continued her career as a dedicated phlebotomist. She firmly believes that phlebotomy plays a crucial role in patient care, impacting lives in significant ways. With extensive knowledge and expertise in obtaining various types of samples, Dana has earned a stellar reputation among her patients. Patients frequently praise Dana for her exceptional skill, gentle touch, and swift, precise collections. She takes immense pride in her work, ensuring that each collection is conducted with utmost care and professionalism.
Beyond her professional life, Dana is a devoted wife and mother of three wonderful children. Their family also includes the world's fluffiest cat, Chibby, and a thriving aquarium of fish bred by her husband. They cherish their visits to the Dominican Republic, where Dana's in-laws reside, making it their favorite family destination. Dana's passion for phlebotomy is evident in her dedication to her work. She is profoundly grateful for the opportunity to serve the public with on-site phlebotomy services.
