FAQs

ø What areas do you service?

We serve Harnett County, Johnston County, and Wake County. Our top priority is to accommodate your needs, and serve you where you are. However, we do have a 60 mile radius stipulation (Totaling 120 miles round trip).

If you are outside our pre-defined coverage area, we ARE willing to travel outside of that parameter, for an additional fee. This can be discussed further, contact us!

ø Are your services covered by insurance?

We are a “for hire” (private pay) specialty collection service that is independently operated, therefore we are not equipped to bill insurance for your services. The service fee(s) are paid upfront by you for this convenience.

Be advised that your insurance should cover the cost of the processing/testing services once the samples are received at the lab, however there is no guarantee.

Any remaining balances are the patient’s responsibility, and we are not responsible for any charges incurred by this testing. We will send your insurance card along with your sample however, so that the lab can determine this.

Please confer with your insurance to see if there is a preferred laboratory that they would like to utilize.

Additionally, if you do not have health insurance, there are options for you to order your own labs through a third party for a reduced rate. Ask us for details.

You send the order to us using your preferred method.

We inspect the order to check the requested tests and their requirements.

You will be provided with instructions (i.e., whether to fast, how to prepare the setup/materials).

You will be sent a link to pay your invoice.
